Senior Builder
Jon is our senior builder, Licensed Building Practitioner, and insurance repair specialist. He has nearly two decades of hands-on experience in insurance reinstatement work.
Jon is our site visit builder and is often the first person you will meet from our team. He is
known for his practical knowledge and approachable style.
He takes the time to explain the repair process and answer any questions you may have.
Callum
Foreman
Callum is a qualified builder with strong experience in insurance repair work. He began his apprenticeship with Checkley Building and completed it while working on commercial and high-end construction projects. This background gives him a solid understanding of both reinstatement repairs and complex builds.
Callum is our site foreman. He works closely with clients and subcontractors to manage day-to-day site activity and keep jobs running smoothly. He is known for his helpful, proactive approach and clear communication.
Hannah
Operations Manager
Hannah is our operations manager and project co- ordinator and plays a key role in the day-to-day running of insurance repair projects. She has extensive experience supporting clients through complex processes.
Hannah manages communication, scheduling, and coordination across projects and is your main point of contact for updates and next steps.
Shanelle
Estimator & Designer
Shanelle is our estimator and has a passion for all things design. She prepares insurance repair estimates and outlines the repair work required.
Shanelle also works closely with clients to explore upgrade options and renovations. This includes concept design and cost management to align projects with your budget and style.
